We’re really excited to announce our next Leap to Granada, Spain!
This is one of our favorite cities in the world, so it has been on our list of Leap destinations since we started the Turtle Travel Club.
The city is compact and walkable, with distinct neighborhoods, local markets, and plenty of places to explore and hang out.
Over the course of the 2-week stay, we’ll go for walks, share some meals, and visit some historical sites, while still leaving plenty of free time to do your own thing.
We’ll coordinate a few group activities, but everything is optional. You can join in, make your own plans, or take a full day to yourself.
Our Leap motto is “tranquilo,” which is a Spanish word that means peaceful, tranquil, go with the flow, relax and enjoy life.
The goal isn’t to fill every moment or run from selfie to selfie. It’s to give you enough time in one place to get a good feel for daily life beyond the tourist attractions.

Granada works especially well for a Leap because it has amazing food (tapas, anyone?), it’s walkable, there is a ton of history to explore, and the weather will be beautiful in late September.
Why Granada is a good fit for a Leap:
Each Leap is designed to remove the usual friction of travel, so you can focus on settling in, connecting with others, and enjoying day-to-day life in one place.
Together, these pieces create a shared stay that feels supported and flexible, without a packed schedule or pressure to participate in everything.
While Leaps are intentionally unhurried, we do come together regularly for optional shared experiences around the city.

In addition to these activities, we’ll also go for walks and other pay-as-you-go activities. You’re always free to explore independently, spend time in smaller groups, or do your own thing.
Several open days are also built into each Leap. Past participants have used these days to organize their own outings, enjoy meals together, or simply slow down and recharge.
How you choose to participate is entirely up to you.
All apartments are similar in size and amenities, with individual layouts that vary slightly within the building.

Pricing includes your accommodations, community access, and the shared community activities described above.
A $395 per person deposit is required to request a booking and reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due 100 days before the start of the Leap.
Because we keep our Leaps small, each booking holds a real spot from another member. If you’re planning to join us, we encourage you to book when you feel confident in your plans.
