Our Leap to Panama City
We had so much fun on our first Leap to Panama City that we’re doing it again.
About half the attendees were checking it out as a place to get residency and live, which is a nice thing about our 2-week Leaps.
When you’re checking out a place for livability, we call it an Exploratory Leap and it’s just enough time to get a good feel for it to determine if it would work for a longer stay.
This Leap will be in January during the dry season so it won’t rain as much and it’ll be cooler. Although it’s Panama so “cool” is relative.
If you’ve never seen the wonder that is the Panama Canal, or walked the streets of Casco Viejo, or hiked to the top of the Metropolitan Natural Park, you won’t want to miss this Leap.

Panama City is the ideal place for a two-week stay that blends comfort, culture, and adventure. With direct flights from dozens of cities and no need to exchange money (they use the U.S. dollar), it’s incredibly easy to get here and settle in.

Shared Activities During the Leap
While Leaps are intentionally unhurried, we do come together regularly for optional shared experiences around the city.
In addition to the lodging, here are the meals and activities included with the Leap fee (subject to change based on weather and local factors):

- Tour of the Panama Canal with an English-speaking guide
- Monkey Island Tour with an English-speaking guide
In addition to these activities, we’ll also go for walks and other pay-as-you-go activities. You’re always free to explore independently, spend time in smaller groups, or do your own thing.
Several open days are also built into each Leap. Past participants have used these days to organize their own outings, enjoy meals together, or simply slow down and recharge.
How you choose to participate is entirely up to you.

This time, we’re all staying in the same tower in the newer, nicer units.
There are 10 apartments available. They are similar in size and amenities, with individual layouts that vary within the building.
Room Details
Some units have 2 beds, but they’re in the same bedroom. If you are a solo traveler and would like to share rooms to reduce your individual cost, please use the Solo Travelers Chat in the club to find a roommate. You can also add a roommate later.

What’s Included in the Price
Pricing includes your accommodations, community access, and the shared community activities described above.
Deposit & Next Steps
A $395 per person deposit is required to request a booking and reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due 100 days before the start of the Leap.
Because we keep our Leaps small, each booking holds a real spot from another member. If you’re planning to join us, we encourage you to book when you feel confident in your plans.
