Shipping Policy for the Club Shop

Thank you for shopping with Turtle Travel Club!

Because every item is made especially for you after you place your order, our shipping process is a little different than stores that ship from a warehouse.

Order Processing

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. During holidays or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

International Orders

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. If shipping is unavailable to your location, you’ll be notified during checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

We’ll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and help determine the best resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if a package is returned because it could not be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we may be able to update your order.
